	Janine Castleberry Office Manager Janine has over 20 years experience as an executive assistant and she uses these skills to manage all aspects of our busy office. Janine is married and has 2 sons, ages 17 and 19. She also has 2 married step daughters and a 3 year old granddaughter. Please contact Janine at janine@mcilvain.net
	Kathy Clifton Staff Accountant Kathy graduated with a B.S. in accounting from Arizona State University. She has many years of accounting experience including 12 years of non-profit and 6 years of tax accounting. Kathy has lived in Colleyville since 1993 and has been married to her college sweetheart for 29 years. They have 3 children. Please contact Kathy at kathy@mcilvain.net
	Elaine Hildebrand Senior Staff Accountant Elaine is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of North Texas and has corporate accounting experience in construction, property management, real estate, oil& gas, and health insurance. She and her wonderful husband Tom have six children and four grandchildren. An active member of her church, Elaine enjoys working in the music ministry. 	Pam McClintock Administrative Assistant Pam is the Administrative Assistant for the firm. In addition to Pam performing many "behind the scenes" tasks chances are good that she will be your first point of contact when calling our office. Pam is married to Tim and has 2 daughters and lives in Grapevine.
	Sandra McIlvain CPA Sandy is the principal owner of the business. She has been a CPA since 1982 and enjoys working with clients and her staff in solving accounting issues and saving taxes. Please contact Sandy at Sandra@mcilvain.net.
	Carolyn Mills Accountant Although Carolyn is not in the front office these days, she is working as a Staff Accountant/Assistant "behind the scenes". She enjoys working with such a good group of ladies. We work hard but have some fun along the way. There is a big team spirit that goes a long way in solving problems and getting the work out. 	Diane Poston Staff Accountant Diane comes to us with over 20 years of tax and accounting experience, both in the private and public arena. Originally from New Jersey, she moved to the DFW area in 1994. Outside of work she is member Collin County Master Gardeners and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Knights of Columbus at her church. 	DeeDee Richards Staff Accountant DeeDee has over 15 years of accounting and QuickBooks experience. She just moved to Texas from Los Angeles, California. DeeDee is married and has a 1-1/2 year old daughter and lives in Keller. Please contact DeeDee at Deedee@mcilvain.net.
	Cindy Trocola Marketing & Business Development Manager Cindy is the Marketing/Business Development Manager. Cindy serves on the Women’s Division Grapevine Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and she is an Executive Board of Director for the Greater Keller Chamber of Commerce. 	Tasha Whiddon CPA Tasha is a CPA and graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in accounting from Wichita State University in 2000 and graduated with an MBA from Southwest Missouri State University in 2004. She has corporate accounting experience in both the manufacturing and commerical real estate industries.
