McIlvain & Associates is committed to the clients and the community it serves. Associates are involved in many chamber of commerce events, area churches, civic organizations and various volunteer activities. Some examples of these organizations are:

Janine Castleberry and Carolyn Mills volunteered with Dynamic Women Networking to FEED THE CHILDREN in July, 2010. Many school children would go without lunch during the summer without the help of this local effort.
The firm also sponsors its own team each September in the NOCC (National Ovarian Cancer Coalition) “Walk to Break the Silence,” honoring staff member and 9 year cancer survivor, Elaine Hildebrand. You can spot the team by their brightly colored T-shirts, which state: “Team McIlvain Walks for Elaine!”.
